I agree to participate the project “Money Gain” (further the Program) on my own accord
having the purpose to get a profit and oblige to carry out all terms of this agreement.
Every registered Affiliate gets 10 days trial to examine the program opportunities.
The further participation is paid. Monthly payment for participation is $5.
Monthly payment and payouts is carried out by PayPal or WebMoney payment system.
The monthly payment is carried out automatically if the Affiliate account balance exceeds
it. The Affiliate having delayed monthly payment lose the personal site access and the
placed add terminates till the payment fulfillment.The commission payouts in 10 days on
Affiliate request. Minimum payout is $25. Refund for payments and payouts is not available.
On the Affiliate request we can use the other payment methods available for the both parties
of this Agreement.
Every paid Affiliate can add one of Goods at our Electronic Shop. We accept as author’s digital
Goods so the other Goods having resell rights. It can be e-books, courses, software, scripts,
multimedia and etc. as RAR archive file not exceeds 1Mb volume.
If the Goods added and sold by the same Affiliate 100% from the sale is enrolled on Affiliate’s
account. If the Affiliate sold the Goods of another Affiliate 10% from the sale is enrolled on the
seller account and 90% is enrolled on the Goods owner account. All transactions are executed on
the rules of the chosen payment system. The sum of all sales carried out by the Affiliate is added
on its account balance.
The added Goods exposes after its testing by our experts. The site administration has not any
responsibility on brooked copyrights, Goods quality and any hidden defects of the Goods. All
responsibility for these and any other violations is fixed on the Affiliate has added the Goods.
1. I as the participant of the Program have the right to advertise opportunities and
advantages the offered earnings system, to involve new partners developing the own
business benefiting all our Program.
2. I will try to work actively with my Team motivating them on the vigorous activity on our
Program development .
3. I will operate not using spam and the forbidden advertising and promotions methods
giving only the truthful information on the Program not exaggerating and not
underestimating its opportunity.
4. I oblige not to disclose any confidential information on the Program participants available
for me during the partnership.
5. I oblige to send the advertising letters signed with my real name and containing the
existing return e-mail address and having content free of violence, Interethnic enmity,
pornography and other information forbidden for mass distribution by laws of Russia and
international legislation.
6. I agree to receive messages from the Program administration, my sponsor and members
of my team.
7. I oblige to pay all taxes from the income earned on the Program in accordance with my
Country tax laws.
8. I recognize, that I am the independent businessman not employed by the Program
administration, not the Program representative or official. I am not authorized to give any
obligations on the Program behalf.
9. I recognize, that breaking these terms and agreement is able to cause my Program
participation suspend or closedown.
10. The Program administration obliges not disclose the Participants registration data or
other information on their activity at any circumstances except for cases stipulated by
the legislation or in case of legal proceedings.
11. The administration does not carry the responsibility for the server failures where the
Program is located and cannot guarantee the Program capacity in case of the hacker's
attacks directed on Program blocking or malfunctions and other force-major circumstances.
The Program administration will undertake all possible measures on maintenance safe and
trouble-free program operation.
12. The Program administration reserves the right to block or closedown without any
warnings the Affiliate’s personal site in case brooked terms and agreement. If the account
balance of the blocked Affiliate is positive, the sum of balance is paid out to the account
specified by the Affiliate. The payout is carried one month after the moment of blocking.
Within this month, the administration is able to considerthe violation reasons motivated by
Affiliate. If the administration find the explanations convincing enough, the membership
will be restored. In case of repeated terms violation the Affiliate will be deleted from the
Program forever.
13. The Program administration reserves the right to change any points of this Agreement.
The Program Affiliates must be notified with essential changes not later than 15 days
before final modifications. The changes become valid from the publishing on the Program
pages.
14. You recognize, that have read this agreement closely, agreed with all its points and
undertake them to carry out. If you have not read this agreement, it does not free you from
the responsibility for this agreement breaking.
